formerly a cancer researcher from Stanford University, a native of Belguim and a passionate travel guide who founded French Escapade.

As a travel expert and European native, Jackie will introduce us to Authentic French living and food and help us to  avoid faux-pas (in restaurants, in shops, at people’s house, when slicing cheese,..)

She will share her secrets on how to find local products still made the artisan way (such as Chartreuse liqueur made by monks, artisan-made chocolate, Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape

And we will taste some of these wonderful artisan-made products: chocolate, cookies and olive oil.
